The three best, from five, runners-up will complete the eight team play-offs.
In Division ‘E’ it is SC Farense, held to a draw by Pinhalnovense last weekend, who are leading the way seven points clear of Casa Pia (Lisbon) who they play in the capital on Sunday.
SC Olhanense are in third place just two points below Casa Pia. Last Sunday, Olhanense struggled to overcome Louletano DC but a brilliant second-half strike by Leleco was enough to secure all three points.
Olhanense introduced Zé Turbo, on loan from Italian club Inter Milan, as a second-half substitute and the 19- year-old centre-forward could be the player to improve the Olhão club’s chance of making the play-offs.
Lusitano VRSA travel along the coast to play Olhanense on Sunday at the José Arcanjo Stadium, Olhão (behind McDonalds on the EN125) kick-off 3pm. The visitors, currently just one point off bottom place, will be hoping to avenge the 3-2 defeat they suffered in a bad-tempered game in Vila Real de Santo António last September.
