A fund-raising event took place Monday evening at Sir Cliff Richard’s winery in Guia, in memory of the late Algarve philanthropist Peta Birch, who was tragically killed in March last year in a crash on the EN125.
The singer along with his partners at the Adega do Cantor, Nigel and Lesley Birch, hoisted “an evening of wine and music to celebrate and remember the life of Peta Birch.”
Sir Cliff put on a “special performance” for the occasion, which will also feature the Suoniamo Italian youth orchestra.
Sunday afternoon around 44 of the singer’s most dedicated fans met in Albufeira to celebrate their friendship through fandom with a wine-tasting cruise along the Algarve coast, having travelled from Austria to Australia purposely for tonight’s event.
