According to the Institute’s provisional data for international trade in 2017, exports of goods totalled over €55 billion and imports of goods totalled almost €70 million.
Excluding fuels and lubricants, exports rose 8.9 percent and imports grew by 11.4 percent. The deficit rose by €2.125 billion.
