HiFly becomes first Portuguese airline to have an A380 superjumbo


Portuguese private aviation company HiFly has become the first Portuguese airline and just the 4th in Europe to have one of the massive double-decker Airbus A380 planes.

The superjumbo bought by Hi Fly was formerly used by Singapore Airlines. Hi Fly joins the ranks of British Airways, Lufthansa, Emirates and Qantas in operating an A380, which can carry up to 525 passengers.
