Among the 32 features that the Super Bock Group (SBG) is looking for in its candidates, listed on its recruitment platform, where the selection process begins, are attributes such as “not being an individualist”, “likes to work and make decisions in a team”, “is curious”, “has initiative”, and “finds solutions faster than excuses”.


Of the total number of candidates, who must have a maximum of two years of experience and availability to join the programme for 12 months starting in June, eight to ten new graduates will be chosen to stay on in the company that produces the best-selling Portuguese beer in the world.
