Lisbon wants to change motorway into boulevard
Lisbon City Hall has this week unanimously approved a series of recommendations on improving the capital’s ‘Segunda Circular’ dual-carriageway/motorway that passes right beside the capital’s airport with the introduction of different speed limits at different times of day and to substitute trees that were going to be planted with bushes and shrubs along the side and centre of the route which is one of Lisbon’s most congested roads.
