The “black list” includes American Samoa, Bahrain, Barbados, Granada, Guam, South Korea, Macau, the Marshall Islands, Mongolia, Namibia, Palau, Panama, Saint Lucia, Samoa, Trinidad and Tobago, Tunisia and the United Arab Emirates.
Along with this list of 17 non-cooperating jurisdictions, the EU has also drawn up a “grey” list of 47 jurisdictions that have committed to meeting the EU’s criteria and will be re-assessed. This list includes Cape Verde.
