A new study conducted by the Portuguese Automobile Club said that only ten percent of respondents travelled in vehicles in which children or the elderly had to endure secondary smoke.
But only one in five smokers said they were aware that 85 percent of passive smoke is odourless and invisible. The study forms part of a campaign calling for all smokers to refrain from doing so while driving.
