Over 400 illegally-parked or abandoned cars removed from Faro’s streets

Over 400 illegally-parked or abandoned cars have been removed from Faro’s streets in the past two years.

In a statement, Faro Council said that since October 2016 and to date, it has filed 458 cases of improper or abusive parking.

Faro mayor, Rogério Bacalhau, appealed to residents who have vehicles abandoned or illegally parked in public spaces to regularise the situation, to free up parking and improve quality of life of residents.
