The votes were cast through a poll on website Hottest Heads of States.com carried out in the United States and saw the Portuguese Prime Minster ranked 7th.
Topping the list is the 35-year-old King of Bhutan, followed by the President of Mexico and King Felipe of Spain in third. American President Barak Obama ranked 13th, Russian President Vladimir Putin ranked 32nd, British Prime Minister David Cameron was listed 56th and German Chancellor Angela Merkel came in in 92nd.
Meanwhile Portugal’s President Cavaco Silva ranked 76th.
