I am a nurse in USA. I visit Portugal annually. Nurses in Portugal. Are under appreciated for their SKILL. They are underpaid and overworked. Massachusetts has a law. No rn can be mandated past their scheduled shift unless a disaster managers and administrators need to stay first. Registered nurses have skills. They save lives with THEIR ASSESSMENT skills.
