The online programme is rather old fashioned and unuserfriendly. This makes it very difficult to use and fill all of the boxes that they require. I have to say that when you do eventually have someone answer on the phone they are both professional and courteous. I personally have lost two parcels from the UK and one from USA because of running out of their time limit to provide all the documentation they require. A simpler system that is workable would be refreshing. Not everyone relishes navigating the obstacles that CTT imposes. We just want an easy way to pay the duty and receive our parcel.
