Higgo followed up his win at the Gran Canaria Lopesan Open with another victory at the Canary Islands Championship. The South African rookie swept the field by five shots with rounds of 63-68-66-62.

Richard Bland came second in the voting after winning his first European Tour title in his 478th start at the Betfred British Masters, and finishing top of the mini-rankings for U.S. Open qualification. Bland defeated Guido Migliozzi in a play-off to become the oldest first-time winner on Tour at the age of 48.

Austrian Bernd Wiesberger came third after successfully defending his 2019 title at Made in HimmerLand presented by FREJA. The Ryder Cup hopeful lapped the field as he finished on 21 under par and went on to win by five shots.
Guido Migliozzi rounded off the voting after successive second place finishes at the Betfred British Masters and Made in HimmerLand presented by FREJA.
