Another heavily anticipated project is called Campo Novo, which will extend to the Campo Grande Garden. Campo Novo housing is comprised of three buildings with 1-to-4-bedroom apartments, located in a safe gated condominium which is just one of the features suited to families wanting to settle in the centre. As well as bringing new housing to this central hub, it will create investments in public spaces, offices, and shops.
