The Association of Municipalities Terras do Infante has donated to NECI Lagos a properly adapted School Transport van, namely with an electro-hydraulic access lifting platform, P500 with capacity for 360Kg.

The school van cost €54,794 and will now be used by the association to transport people between the Algarve areas of Aljezur, Lagos and Vila do Bispo.

The Association welcomes the fact that it has delivered another very important “tool” for the fantastic work that NECI develops daily.

NECI stands for the Specialised Centre for The Citizen and “is a Private Association of Social Solidarity, not for profit, which pursues public utility purposes. It contributes to the improvement of the quality of life and to the full inclusion in society of people with disabilities or developmental delay in childhood, as well as individuals and families in situations of social and/or economic fragility, valuing their potential and promoting their skills.”
