The presentations of the collections of the three Portuguese are scheduled for 13:30 local (12:30 in Lisbon). According to the Associação ModaLisboa, the Constança Entrudo collection is based “on an introspection that overflows in the materiality of the landscapes” and that of Ricardo Andrez “brings a symbiosis between the poetry and the chaos of the current world”. According to Portugal Fashion, “the autumn-winter 21 collection by Maria Carlos Baptista is made up of‘ Negative Space ’and the study between the immaterial space of memory and its interactions with the body, or the physical fragmentation of it”.

The collections by Constança Entrudo and Ricardo Andrez will then be presented at the 56th edition of ModaLisboa, which runs from April 15th to 18th, and Maria Carlos Baptista's at the 48th edition of Portugal Fashion, scheduled for 18th, 19th and 20th March. Both initiatives will take place in an entirely digital format.

In a statement released on February 22, Associação ModaLisboa recalled that “in July 2019, an application was formalized by ANJE [National Association of Young Entrepreneurs], within the scope of the Collective Action Support System - Internationalization, approved in July 2020) that provides for this partnership between the two entities, which have the common objective of communicating, disseminating and boosting national fashion talent in international itineraries ”. "It is now up to Portugal Fashion, in conjunction with ModaLisboa, to ensure these specific actions, in the fashion weeks in Milan and Paris," recalled Portugal Fashion in a statement released on Wednesday. Portugal Fashion is an ANJE project co-financed by Portugal 2020, within the scope of Compete 2020 - Operational Program for Competitiveness and Internationalisation, with funds from the European Union, through the European Regional Development Fund.

The official Paris Fashion Week calendar for women, which started last Monday and ends next Tuesday, includes the presentation of collections by, among others, Paul Smith, Chloé, Chanel, Balmain, Givenchy, Christian Dior, Lanvin, Jil Sander, Louis Vuitton, Miu Miu, Hermès, Elie Saab, Yohji Yamamoto and Paco Rabanne.
