Under the slogan "Forest Restoration: the path to recovery and well-being", the Institute for Nature Conservation and Forests (ICNF) will offer native species produced in its nurseries.

The distribution will take place until 26 March in several selected posts all over the country.

The enrolment for the collection of trees should be made through telephone contact to the ICN posts or e-mail (ICNFsomosTODOSnos@icnf.pt).

Those interested will have to commit to sending a photograph of the planted tree afterwards and share or allow the sharing of the image, with the hashtag #ICNFsomosTODOS.

The species available for collection are strawberry trees, cork oaks, holm oaks, stone pines, carob trees, pomegranate trees and Kermes oaks. Each citizen can collect a maximum of 10 specimens.

Representatives of private non-profit entities may collect up to a maximum of 50 specimens.
