Q: when is a contract not a contract? A: when it’s a Vodafone contract!

2yr contract mid 2019 with Vodafone (Commercial) for two Mobiles + Internet/Fixed line.

Prime problem is Mobile monthly rentals.

Having advised status change, response was “no problem and no contract changes”, BUT Vodafone (Billing) have overcharged every month for last 16 months!

Vodafone (Commercial) constantly request invoice corrections.

Contract “cancelled” Dec 2019 citing breach of contract. Withdrew cancellation following correction guarantees.

No change, so tried On-Line Complaints Book. Vodafone (Quality Support Service) response was “all correct!”!

These porkies even copied to ANACOM! Whilst ANACOM sympathetic they can’t intervene.

Not all bad. Get this, internet part of contract changed 2020 with intro of Fibre Optic. Overcharged at first, now undercharging Well weird. Not full contra of Mobile overcharging, but “welcome”.

Hey ho. New contracts in Algarve (not Vodafone!) will mean option to visit, as opposed to Lisbon’s dysfunctional/unknown locations and non-recorded phone calls.
