he information was advanced by the spokesperson of the parliamentary leaders' conference, the socialist deputy Maria de Luz Rosinha, who spoke to journalists at the National Assembly.
"The Government has announced that it will submit until the end of April the draft law that materialises the changes to the criminal area and criminal proceedings foreseen in the National Anti-Corruption Strategy," she said.
The deputy said that this will be a matter that "will have a day dedicated exclusively to the subject" and that "other parliamentary groups will certainly add their initiatives".
Portugal joined the EU in 1986,the very fact they are still just talking about introducing anti corruption measures in 2021 is alarming to say the least.
