'Sun, Sea and Selling Houses' are looking for property hunters to participate in their latest series and Ideal Homes Portugal will be taking part, helping property seekers find their dream home on the Algarve.

'Sun, Sea and Selling Houses' is a property show packed with blue skies, stunning properties and colourful characters. It follows the personal and professional lives of British expats who’ve set up businesses overseas, and films their daily experience as they meet with new property seekers also looking to find that dream home in the sun.

What happens during filming?

'Sun, Sea and Selling Houses' will be filming October-November-December 2021, and airing on Channel 4 in early 2022.

You need to be available for 3-4 days from the 11th October until early December in the Algarve.

If you’re selected to take part, our experts will meet with you to understand your requirements, then we’ll shortlist a selection of properties for you to view during filming. And if you do find your dream home during filming, our experts will give advice and tips on how you can get the best deal.
