He has a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry-Materials Science from the Air Force Academy and a Masters in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle University.

Here we learn more about Chris in the second part of this interview. Please read the first instalment here.

Q. You mentioned to me some organisations already in Portugal who are also interested in your field of research. Can you tell me a little more about them and the work they do and how others can find them?

A. I was scheduled to speak at Disclosure Portugal’s 2021 conference in December alongside the original director of AATIP, (the Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) Lue Elizondo and Famous Harvard AstroPhysicist Avi Loeb. Unfortunately, the conference had to be delayed until April 2022. But, I was very excited to see Portugal hosting such a big event in the UAP world, and right down the street in Vilamoura! I reached out and they were happy to hear from me and asked me to speak. I think there are a lot of people out there who have seen something they can’t explain. There is a lot of evidence out there and yet after 70 years we still “don’t know what these things are.” I think I’m like a lot of people, tired and frustrated with waiting around for the government to release info after 70 years.

Q. We talked briefly about the SKY360 program. How best would you explain what it is and what it does to our readers at home?

A. That is exactly the reason I love the SKY360 programme! After 70 years of denial and derision the US government said they have 143 recorded events and 18 of those show amazing unexplainable manoeuvres. Although that is a big and welcome change, my question is what have you been doing the last 70 years? I’m guessing it wasn’t investigating because they still supposedly have no clue, but it’s not a threat. If you don’t know what it is, how do you know it’s not a threat?

So the point of SKY360 is to take these questions out of the hands of governments by searching on our own for scientific evidence and openly sharing it. SKY360 is a non-profit grass roots organization led by Richard Hopf out of Austria. They design camera systems that you purchase from Amazon and build yourself. They are developing open source AI identification software you can download for free and put on the system. The AI software identifies the object as a bird or a plane or “unidentified” and uploads the data. The only caveat is the evidence has to be shared to the public. The evidence should be open source, and scientific, which in my mind means secure and reproducible.

The system parts can be purchased for $1,000-$5,000 depending on the tier. I see interested people or schools pooling together for systems. I think it would be an amazing University project to build a system, use and load AI software, and manage data from the system. I hope to try and fund such an effort with a Crypto project.

Q. With recent disclosures, what case do you find the most fascinating and unexplained?

A. The case I mentioned, the Tic Tac is just an amazing case. The testimonies are so credible. The accounts are so in-depth. It wasn’t just like one event. The Nimitz engagement was over several days. The craft physically looked like a Tic Tac, smooth white and round. Seasoned pilots say it flew around faster than a bullet can go without making any sonic booms. That just blows my fighter pilot mind. Whatever it turns out to be will be amazing no matter what it is.

As far as recent disclosures the Gimbal video from the US East Coast looks to me like the best video of a UFO we have. It is my YouTube channel Logo. It looks like the classic flying saucers of old from the 1950s. Unbelievable these times we live in.

Q. What are your thoughts on the current state of Disclosure? What if more could be done in your opinion?

A. I am often excited about new releases but then the US government hasn’t released any actual evidence we can analyse for ourselves. I get disappointed when I see men like Robert Salas briefing their UAP events for 25 years. Will it take another 25 years to know the truth?

I have the feeling disclosure is moving along in the background quietly but still have no actual evidence. And the effort didn’t originate in the government. We’ve had Project BlueBook and other events in the past before and that Project actually closed the disclosure effort for decades. So I’m not sure the government has the track record to be trusted. The 2017 NY Times Article really broke the news and it was a grass roots effort from people like Lue Elizondo and Chris Mellon to get to where we are today. I think articles like the ones you have been printing bring more attention to the topic and undoubtedly pressure Governments to release information. Governments don’t willingly give up information but they are made up of people and I believe in the end we all want to know the truth, at least I do.
