This was confirmed by the estimate of the 'per capita' Gross Domestic Product (GDPpc) released by Eurostat.
The index created for the EU shows that Bulgaria has the worst purchasing power among the 27 countries, with only 55% of the European average (100%), but Portugal is not far behind, with 74%.

There is no balance between Income and living cost.what I found cost of living same as germnay netherland but the income remain lower that's frustrating.
