In all, there will be 16 shows of "Cats: Let the memory live again" in Lisbon and Porto with tickets already on sale. This is a new European tour that will pass through eight countries and will end in Portugal, marking the 41st anniversary of the musical, which premiered in London in 1981. The show “Cats: Let the memory live again” can be seen at Lisbon’s Campo Pequeno, from the 14th to the 19th of February and at Porto’s Super Bock Arena, between the 22nd and 26th of February.

After 21 years in the West End, Cats spent another 18 years on Broadway in New York. The award-winning show has toured more than 40 countries and been translated into 15 languages. It features 29 artists in the cast, including Jacinta Whyte, Martin Callahgan and Russell Dickson. Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical is an adaptation of T.S. Eliot's Old Possum's Book of Practical Cats and tells the story of the Jellicle cats' encounter. Known for its striking scenography and costumes, this show has been seen by over 73 million people worldwide.
