The meal planned was a barbeque and started with a combination of cold cuts from the Biergarten’s resident butcher, Bavarian blue cheese and a traditional herring salad with two kinds of traditional breads all served at the tables. Vila Vita’s house red and white wines and water provided the refreshment with an option to choose freshly tapped Bavarian beer if preferred.

The large grill area allowed everyone to select their particular favourite combinations from the row of barbeques which continued to produce a varied selection of freshly cooked food. The was ample choice with rump steak, lamb skewers, traditional sausages, spare ribs and chicken on the menu and kadai smoked salmon, not to mention the Biergarten’s famous pork knuckle. Side dishes of roasted vegetable and summer salads with popular sauces completed the choice.

Desert was served to share and consisted of chocolate mousse, apple strudel with vanilla sauce and seasonal fruits followed by optional coffee bringing the relaxing evening to a close.
