According to the PSP, the man was arrested on November 7,
after issuing an arrest warrant by the criminal police authority, “for having
been the author of several crimes of robbery”, six of them using a knife, from
the beginning of October in the parishes of Areeiro, Avenidas Novas, Alvalade
and Arroios.
“The suspect focused their crimes on pharmacies, cafes, and
hotels, creating a feeling of insecurity”, stressed the PSP.
The detainee was recognised by all the victims within the
scope of the investigation and the knife he used to commit the crimes was
seized.

Hopefully, this criminal is kept in the shade for all the necessary time to repent and learn a trade. He should be punished as well, maybe into forced labour to pay for what he has been robbing, just like in the old times. Now, if caught and arrested he will start a great life: he will get new clothes, freshly made bed, reasonable food, exercise in the prison gym, watch TV and bully other prisoners.

Considering the criteria for admission into Hospital emergencies practiced at this point- I think he had it easy; NHS might tell stab victims (had there been any):” Oh, you have a stab wound in your chest/belly/femoral artery? What are you doing here?? Go home, apply a bandage and don´t show up here unless you´re actually dead.”
