The Five Star Award evaluated 1,081 brands, in 197 categories, over nine months, with the 181 winners of this 9th edition of the Five Star Award having been selected based on the evaluation of more than 325,000 consumers.

These awards measure the degree of satisfaction that products, services, and brands give to their users, based on criteria such as Satisfaction, Price-Quality Relation, Purchase Intention or Recommendation, Trust in the Brand, and Innovation.
