The winners of the first edition of the Happy Awards have been acknowledged for their "innovative systems" in terms of happiness.

"In the first edition, the 360º study applied to the set of participating entities distinguished: A Casa das Casas, Alberto Oculista, Associação Salvador, Pinto Lopes Viagens, RE/Max and Zome", as winners according to a report by NM.

This is an initiative by ConsumerChoice, which "aims to assess the happiness of the employee across several aspects, which are interconnected and which contribute to their well-being and personal fulfilment", says Teresa Preta, general director of ConsumerChoice.

"It’s mission is to transform organisations themselves, encouraging them to improve in the points that are identified as most important by employees, but also by customers and suppliers, in an integrated vision that can be strategically applied by various areas of the organisation, such as the Management, Commercial, Human Resources, Marketing and Innovation departments".
