Lisbon: The rain is set to ease off by the weekend in Lisbon although on Saturday it will remain overcast with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 12 degrees. On Sunday the sun will begin to break through again and by Monday temperatures are to rise to highs of 20 degrees with nightly lows of 10 degrees.

The north: Overcast skies and intermittent showers are forecast for the entire weekend in the north with highs of 19 degrees and lows of 11 degrees. On Monday there will be a chance of sunny spells and by Wednesday it is to be mainly dry and bright with highs of 19 degrees and nightly lows of 5 degrees.

The centre: It will be looking a lot brighter by the weekend with intermittent sunshine on Saturday and high hazy cloud forecast on Sunday. The warm temperatures are to continue on Monday with highs of 21 degrees however nightly lows are to decrease as the week progresses down to 5 degrees.

The south: The dry weather is to return at the weekend with thermometers reaching highs of 23 degrees and dropping to lows of 13 degrees. Next week a mix of sunshine and cloud is expected but it will remain warm with highs averaging 23 degrees and lows falling to nightly averages of 12 degrees.

Madeira: The weekend is to be dry and bright with no chance of rain and highs of 25 degrees with lows of 18 degrees. The fine weather is to continue into the following week with intermittent sunshine and cloud and average highs of 13 degrees and lows of 18 degrees.

The Azores: Saturday and Sunday are to be wet although there will be a chance of some sunny periods on Sunday when temperatures are to peak at highs of 19 degrees and drop to lows of 15 degrees. Monday is to be mainly dry but the rain is set to return again by midweek.
