João Sousa has again moved out of the top 150 tennis players in the world, only for the second time since October 2021, falling eight places, now occupying the 156th position.

At the top of the ATP rankings is Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, who overtook Serbia's Novak Djokovic after winning Sunday's Masters 1,000 at Indian Wells, with Greece's Stefanos Tsitsipas in third place.
