The Ministry of Economy has been the target of a cyberattack, which partially affected some sites of organisations, but did not compromise any information, an official source told Lusa.

The information was advanced by SIC Notícias and confirmed by Lusa with an official source from the ministry supervised by António Costa Silva.
“It was a partial attack. Some sites of bodies under the Ministry of Economy were affected”, said the same source.
However, “there is no compromise of information”, he assured.
According to the Ministry of Economy, the situation will be resolved by the end of the day.
