It is designed to give you the knowledge, confidence and support to be accountable for your own health and wellbeing, and to build your own version of 'Perfect Health’.” As a cancer survivor herself, Elaine had promised her late Mother that she would teach others how to live a balanced life, reverse serious health, and be proactive to avoid a nasty diagnosis, and she is delivering that promise through the HUB and through her participation in the upcoming conference.
