The action is the last in a five-year strategy by airport operator daa to enhance the selection of food and beverages offered to travellers.
When the project is finished, there will be 42 distinct outlets spread throughout the two terminals; more than half of the newly constructed and renovated spaces are scheduled to open in June.
According to daa, already-existing establishments like Butler's Chocolate Café, Burger King, and Jump Juice will have a stronger presence.
According to Vincent Harrison, Chief Commercial and Development Officer of daa, "these enhancements build on the many new outlets we have opened and improved in the terminals over the last few years, which are going down very well with passengers."
"We've listened closely to passengers and have heard loud and clear that they want more choice, including more gluten-free options, and by working with our partners, we are going to offer them more variety than ever before," he stated.
