Several well-known individuals will be performing live versions of their podcasts at locations like Sea Church and the Blackbird.

Author and artist Blindboy Boatclub is on the schedule; he will be performing live at Sea Church with his diverse podcast, The Bindboy Podcast. Hilary Rose, an actor nominated for an IFTA award who portrayed Mairéad McSweeney in The Young Offenders, will also be present at this unique venue.

With a special guest, Hilary will present her podcast, Live Wild. Additionally appearing at Sea Church with his podcast That's Why We're not Together is comedian, writer, and actor Dave McSavage.

Other favourites are the podcast Hola, which features Laura Cronin and Audrey Fitzhagan, and Tales from the Pitch, which has Ciarán O'Rathallaigh and a guest.

The Murphy's Pubcast, featuring Tony Kiernan and Fred Cooke, and Real Lives Untold with Sarah O'Connor will be hosted by the Blackbird in the interim. Additional free workshops from podcast company ACast and a tonne of other entertainment at both locations will be part of the festival.

General Manager of Sea Church John Kidney made the following statement regarding the forthcoming Talk the Talk podcast festival: "Ballycotton has really been put on the map with unique and quirky events and the upcoming podcast festival is no exception."

“Over these few days in March, we anticipate a lot of excitement in the village as people celebrate some of the most well-known podcasters, comedians, and storytellers in Ireland. We're particularly thrilled that ACast will be holding a workshop for would-be podcast creators; it's the cherry on top of what looks to be an amazing programme. We are also incredibly appreciative of Talk the Talk, our partners, for their assistance in organising this festival."

Sea Church is preparing for a busy 2024. Ballycotton FAT Fest of Folk and Traditional music, which proved popular last year, will return for the May Bank Holiday weekend with an even more stellar lineup of Irish and foreign performers.
