"During this Easter period, Rede Expressos will launch the new daily connection between Lisbon and Pombal, passing through Fátima, increasing its presence in this region and reaffirming itself as a nationwide company", can be read in a statement that Notícias to Minuto had access to.
Furthermore, in order to guarantee the mobility and travel of all passengers, "services across the country and international routes have been reinforced and an increase in supply will be made by 20% versus the same period last year, with the north also coinciding with the launch of eight new daily connections between Lisbon and Porto on the Expressos Mundial Turismo Network, through a new service, with a new image that offers more comfort, with more space between the seats, 5G Wi-Fi and snack offerings".
"The central area will also be covered with this reinforcement, namely the destinations of Alcobaça, Peniche, Abrantes and Torres Novas. Those who prefer the Algarve, a place chosen by many Portuguese to spend a few days of rest at Easter, will be covered by an increase in services in this area", it is also mentioned.
