At the airport's South Gates, the recently opened “Phoenix Lane” location offers draught beers, hot breakfasts, salads, and fresh coffee. According to Dublin Airport, the restaurant is “already proving popular” because so many travellers came by this morning.

The airport's most recent addition is a part of their goal to launch 23 better and more innovative food and drink establishments in the upcoming months. New brands like Supermac's, Papa John's, Insomnia Coffee, and Pret A Manger are scheduled to arrive at Dublin Airport.

Meanwhile, already-existing establishments Butler's Chocolate Café, Burger King, and Jump Juice are all expanding their terminal presence with improved airside and landside locations.

Dublin Airport will see more than 2,600 weekly departures from 43 different airlines this summer. Dublin Airport anticipates handling more than ten million passengers between May and August.
