In terms of value, all transactions totaled 33.8 billion euros, 20.8% more than in 2023.

The housing price index increased by 9.1% in 2024, up 0.9 percentage points compared to 2023, with the price of existing homes rising by 9.7% and that of new homes by 7.5%, according to data from the INE, released today.
