The venue’s refined atmosphere will provide an intimate setting for what promises to be a memorable evening of music and artistry.

Renowned across Europe for his magnetic stage presence and vocal mastery, Äneas Humm has captivated audiences in prestigious venues including Amsterdam, Bremen, and Hamburg. A graduate of the Juilliard School in New York (2019), he has already appeared on leading opera stages such as Theater an der Wien, Opera di Roma, and Teatro La Fenice in Venice.

The evening’s programme will guide the audience through an evocative musical journey beginning with 18th-century works by C.W. Gluck, followed by arias by W.A. Mozart and Franz Schubert, and lieder by Edvard Grieg. The second half will highlight 20th-century composers including Erich Korngold, Joseph Marx, and Richard Strauss.

Äneas Humm will be accompanied by the distinguished pianist Eleonora Pertz, travelling from Switzerland especially for this concert. The performance will also feature a special collaboration with the São Lourenço Singers, under the direction of Joyce Whitelaw, offering audiences a few delightful musical surprises.

The concert will also serve as an opportunity for Äneas Humm to present his newly released album, Sehnsucht (Longing).

Following the performance, guests are invited to a wine tasting reception.

All proceeds from the evening will benefit the educational and social projects of the Rotary Club Estoi Palace International.
