Homebuyers, entrepreneurs and families seeking a better quality of life all attended the latest Moving to Portugal Show in London, which took place on 16th October 2025. The event saw record attendance, with over 310 people attending throughout the day. Many are keen to swell the ranks of the 48,238 Britons that Portugal’s Agency for Integration, Migration and Asylum (AIMA) reports were already living there in 2024.

With a comprehensive focus on the practicalities and benefits of relocating from the UK to Portugal, seminar presenters, expert panellists and a carefully curated selection of exhibitors provided attendees with a wealth of current and pertinent information. Topics covered property, investment, tax planning, residency, banking, visas and more. Two dedicated seminar sessions were held as part of the event, with full attendance at both.

The event also shone a spotlight on particularly popular areas of Portugal for UK movers, including Lisbon’s South Bank, the Algarve’s Golden Triangle and other coastal areas, Cascais and the Douro region. Attendees benefitted from market insights, pricing information and a detailed breakdown of the types of homes available, from elegant resort properties to impressive villas.
