In the month under analysis, approximately 33,000 bank valuations were considered, representing an increase of 4.2% compared to August and a decrease of 0.4% year-over-year.


The biggest increase compared to September last year was in the Setúbal Peninsula (+25.9%), while the Autonomous Region of the Azores showed the most significant increase compared to the previous month (+2.9%), with no decrease in either case.
