Payment can be made by bank card or MB WAY, and the card is available within three to five days, and can be picked up at a Carris store or kiosk or delivered to a specified address.

Upon receiving the card, users can load it onto the CARRISway App and have the transport voucher immediately available for travel.

Navegante passes were created in 2019 and now provide free travel for young people up to and including the age of 23, even if they are no longer students.
