“Meo will carry out the price update contractually foreseen in 2026, with the exception of services from the digital brand Uzo and the brand for the youth segment, Moche,” says an official source from the operator.

“This update contributes to maintaining the high standard of quality and the level of investment in innovation and in mobile and fiber optic networks,” says Meo.

Vodafone will also update its prices next year. “On January 9, 2026, the price of Vodafone services will be updated up to the maximum value of the inflation rate projected for 2025 and in accordance with contractual conditions,” says an official source from Vodafone Portugal. More information can be found, from that date, at vfpt.pt/condicoes2026, according to the operator.

According to the information available at the link, Vodafone Portugal says that the price changes allow it to “continue investing” in its networks, products and services.

“This update, across many industries, allows us to adjust our operations to the increasing costs of network maintenance and innovation and quality of service,” says the website.

“The price update does not apply to new contracts or renewals made from November 11th onwards for the individual segment. It also does not apply to prepaid plans and the most recent tariffs, namely RED All In, Yorn Chill and Net+, and the Black Friday offer,” says Vodafone.

For new subscriptions, renewals and upgrades of business services, “the price update will not be applied during the first six months, i.e., until July 8, 2026”.
