According to the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG), the average price of regular diesel will remain unchanged, costing €1.533 per litre, while petrol may decrease, with the average price settling at €1.656 per litre.

The forecasts are based on the maintenance of the extraordinary tax reduction measures applied by the government. The extraordinary reduction in the Tax on Petroleum Products may be reversed if fuel prices fall.
