All these benefits are available in Vilamoura, where the latest real estate project, dubbed Botanica, has been announced.
As quoted by Postal, the real estate project is described as "a new and exclusive residential development that offers a sense of well-being and connection with nature in an unexpectedly urban and central location in Vilamoura.”
Information released by the same media outlet reveals that Botanica was designed by architect Samuel Torres de Carvalho and can be characterised as “a true contemporary refuge in the heart of Vilamoura.” In total, it comprises 55 apartments with two to four bedrooms, ranging from 107 m2 to 202 m2.
Connected to Nature
According to Vilamoura, as quoted by Postal, the project “distinguishes itself by merging tradition with contemporary style,” with a focus on spacious apartments and the use of “eco-friendly materials.” According to available information, “the balconies are perfectly landscaped, and the integration between the interior and exterior is unparalleled.”
The apartments also feature “premium design kitchens and bathrooms” and home automation, enhancing comfort.

More and more luxury residential developments in Vilamoura - but what about the infrastructure to serve all these new houses and apartments? There is no decent supermarket and nearly all the shops round the marina are tacky massage parlours and bars. There is now a new marina to service the super yachts - but where will they all buy food, clothing etc?

That picture actually looks like it is from Lagos Marina which is much more beautiful city vs. boring Vilamoura.
