With prices ranging from €1.1 million to €1.25 million, each unit has a total gross area of approximately 240 m2, is a four-bedroom property, and includes a garden, a garage, outdoor parking, and a porch.

In addition to the villas, the development includes several leisure areas, such as a heated swimming pool, deck, gym, central garden, lounge area, and a pet-friendly park.

According to the press release, the development was recently included on the first list of nominees for the Archello Awards 2025 in the Housing Project of the Year - Low Density category and was developed in accordance with nZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) principles. The nomination is due to the villas’ use of low-carbon materials and renewable energy systems.

Dind Dong, an interior design firm, was responsible for the interior architecture of both the homes and the leisure areas.

According to the press release, a model home will be presented, already decorated and furnished, so that interested parties can visualise the lifestyle proposed for the condominium.
