This event will feature 15 producers/wine estates from the region and 4 renowned chefs.

Locals and visitors alike will be able to sample, in the pop-up restaurants present, flavours prepared by Chefs Luís Almeida (Palace Restaurante), Hugo Marques (100 Papas na Língua/Grupo Pruvor), Guilherme Calheiros (Restaurante Château) and Inês Beja. To accompany these, exceptional grape varieties and wines will be available: João Cabral de Almeida Vinhos, Quinta dos Carvalhais, Casa da Passarella, Pedra Cancela, Niepooort, Vizinho Vinhateiro, Morais Leitao Vineyards, Quinta de Lemos, Quinta dos Monteirinhos, Mira do Ó Vinhos, Código Wines, Quinta da Toboadella, Quinta da Alameda, Quinta do Perdigão and Chão da Quinta.

The musical lineup features names like Pedro Duvalle, saxophonist Tiago Taborda, and the Vaz Paulo Duo. The Dr José Azeredo Perdigão Regional Conservatory of Music, with the Accordion Duo (Nuno Silva) and Saxophone Duo (José Magalhães), and the Mozart Choir. The event will also host the band The Stage, winner of the municipal competition “Sons à Solta 2025”.

Friday and Saturday nights will be filled with the Dão Party, featuring either DJ Nuno Batista or a musical journey through the 80s and 90s by DJ MixGroove.
