In a statement, the IHRU indicated that the homes in the lottery range from studios (T0) to five-bedroom apartments (T5) and that individuals or families who meet the defined criteria can apply.

According to the statement, priority will be given to people up to 35 years of age and to single-parent families with income losses exceeding 20% ​​(when compared to income in the three preceding months or the same period of the previous year).
