Throughout the month, the restaurants Sabores do Alentejo, at M’AR De AR Muralhas, Degust’AR, at M’AR De AR Aqueduto, and Degust’AR Lisboa will present special menus created for the occasion, signed by the group's chefs. The offer also extends to the hotel's spa in Évora, with relaxation experiences for couples.

In Lisbon, Degust’AR Lisboa offers a Valentine’s Dinner (75 euros per person), conceived by the group’s executive chef, António Nobre. The menu focuses on sharing and the flavors of the Alentejo region, with starters such as scallops, tender Iberian pork pastries, and mussels with citrus vinaigrette. This is followed by fish and meat dishes, including Portuguese sea bass and chateaubriand, finishing with a chocolate dessert. The experience includes drinks, with the option of wine pairing for an additional fee.

At M’AR De AR Muralhas, in Évora, the Sabores do Alentejo restaurant presents a special menu (€40 per person), created by chef Luís Lopes. The offering begins with a signature cocktail and a musical interlude, followed by a gastronomic journey that includes albacore tuna, flavored duck breast, and a selection of chocolate and citrus desserts.

At M’AR De AR Aqueduto, the Degust’AR restaurant hosts a celebratory dinner (€52 per person), conceived by chef Tiago Moreno. The experience unfolds to the sound of violin music and includes a charitable aspect supporting a local missionary cause. The menu includes dishes such as turbot with tiger's milk, spider crab risotto, and veal steak with pistachio crust, finishing with fruity and spicy inspired desserts. The meal includes drinks and wine pairings selected by the house sommelier.

Also in Évora, Valentine's Day extends throughout the month at the M’AR De AR Aqueduto spa, with the Be My Valentine program. Available on Saturdays, this 50-minute experience includes a full-body massage with a hot candle and a final moment of relaxation with sparkling wine, strawberries, and chocolate.

Despite being fully booked at the M’AR De AR Aqueduto, the group still offers a romantic stay at the M’AR De AR Muralhas, including breakfast and a Valentine’s Day dinner, starting from €199 for one night or €298 for two nights.
