Maven Investment Management, Portugal-based real estate development and investment manager, announced its expansion into the Algarve.

The move strengthens Maven’s national footprint and reflects its long-term commitment to the Portuguese market, where the company continues to grow its development and investment activities.

The Algarve office will serve as a regional hub for Maven’s real estate, development, and project management activities. From this base, the firm will support a growing pipeline of residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects across the region. The expansion comes amid sustained demand for professionally managed real estate development in the Algarve, driven by international interest and long-term market fundamentals.

The new office will be led by Pedro Luis, who has been appointed to oversee Maven’s operations and strategic growth in southern Portugal. The company views a local presence as a key factor in approaching the region with intention and long-term vision.

“Having a permanent local presence means we can work more closely with partners and municipalities, have better conversations, move faster, and build relationships the right way,” Pedro Luis said. “That local presence genuinely matters.”

“Opening an office in the Algarve is a natural next step for Maven,” said Yehonatan, CEO of Maven. “Having someone on the ground is crucial. Pedro knows the market, he understands how we work, and that combination gives us a strong foundation for what comes next.”

The Algarve office builds on Maven's continued growth across Portugal, where the firm is already active in Lisbon and surrounding areas like Setubal and Sines. The company focuses on delivering well-structured, long-term development projects, combining local knowledge with international standards of execution and governance.
