The agreement was made through direct negotiation and, according to Correio da Manhã (CM), the contract was signed on 23 December 2025, and guarantees access to the subscription until 19 August 2028.
According to the same media outlet, in 2025 the contract value was €1,170.56, but in 2026 it rose to €7,023.36. According to the contract, the indicated values are subject to a 23% VAT rate. The taxes applied are returned to the State coffers through the Federal Revenue Service.
The contract thus ensures the broadcasting of national and European football championships, as well as other sporting competitions, in official state facilities until the summer of 2028.












Portugal 4 place down in the Transerancy report. Than it fits that they spens 20 k for watching Sport instead to do their jobs. I would Fire them!!
