According to the agency, the award “recognises projects that use emerging technologies, including Artificial Intelligence, to improve the management and performance of public and private institutions.”
The award was specifically granted to the CLARA project, “an innovative solution that will transform the way the Agency manages and responds to communication received by email.” AIMA also says that CLARA is still being implemented, “and will strengthen AIMA's operational capacity, increase internal efficiency and improve the quality of service provided to citizens and entities.”
For the agency, “this award constitutes an important recognition of the impact of the ongoing digital transformation at AIMA, reflecting the continuous work of the teams that develop, implement and operate technological solutions in service of administrative modernisation and improved service.”
AIMA is committed to continuing to invest in digital tools that can improve its responsiveness, simplify processes, and promote "faster, more transparent, and accessible communication."
